Privacy Policy
ndt.network is run by NDT LLC, 304 S. Jones Blvd # 6256, Las Vegas, NV 89107. This policy says what we collect and why. Questions: contact@ndt.llc.
What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in. It's your sign-in name, and it's never shown to other members or on any public page. Only our admins can see it.
- A password, if you choose to set one. We keep only a one-way scrambled form of it (a salted scrypt hash), never the password itself, and nobody here can read it. You can remove it from your account at any time.
- What you asked to be emailed about, including the methods and place for job alerts. These are never shown to anyone else.
- Your profile: the display name, profile address and anything else you choose to add. This is public, so don't add what you wouldn't want public.
- What you post: threads, replies, reports, job posts and company listings, with earlier versions of edited posts, kept for moderators.
- Payments: Stripe handles your card. We never see the card number. We keep what you bought, when, and the amount.
- Technical records: a hashed form of your network address for throttling, kept for a day, and a log of moderation and sign-in actions.
One cookie
A single cookie, `ndtn_session`, keeps you signed in on that device for 90 days, or until you sign out. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, and we count sponsor views and clicks without tracking who made them.
We email you sign-in codes you ask for, and a notice whenever a password on your account is set, changed or removed. Three other emails are off until you turn them on in your account: a notice when someone replies in a thread you've posted in (at most one a day per thread), a daily list of new jobs that fit what you ask for, and a weekly digest of the news. Each one has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, without signing in. We keep a record of when you turned them on or off. We don't send newsletters, and we don't sell or rent your address.
Who processes data for us
Supabase (database and logo storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare Turnstile (the anti-spam check on sign-in) and Anthropic (drafting news summaries from public feeds; no member data goes to it). Your data may be processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Sign-in codes and throttle records: one day.
- Sessions: until they expire, after 90 days, or you sign out.
- Unpaid draft jobs: 30 days.
- Posts, listings and moderation records: while the site runs, unless removed.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Closing your account
Your account page has a Close button. It removes your email and profile at once and stops all email. Your posts stay in their threads under "Former member", because other people's replies depend on them. If you'd like particular posts removed as well, you can remove them yourself first, or email us.
Your choices
You can see and change your profile on your account page, and ask us for a copy of what we hold or to correct it by emailing us.

The site isn't for anyone under 18.
