Refund policy

Job posts

• If we reject your paid job before it goes live, we refund it in full.
• If you ask within 7 days of paying and the job hasn't gone live, we refund it in full.
• Once a paid job is live it's normally not refundable. A full refund ends its run.

Company plans

• You can cancel at any time on your listing's Manage page. The plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
• We don't normally refund part of a month.
• If we close your listing for breaking the rules, the plan stops renewing, and any refund is at our discretion.

Something went wrong

If you were charged by mistake, or something didn't work, email contact@ndt.llc within 30 days and we'll put it right. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law.
